Our basic HVAC and home appliance diagnostic and inspection fee is 50 AED. If our technician uncovers the structural fault and you approve our repair proposal, this 50 AED inspection fee is completely waived. If you choose not to proceed with the recommended repair, the 50 AED is payable immediately upon the visit's completion.
All newly installed OEM components carry structural warranties ranging from 3 to 12 months. Labor warranties are active for 3 months from the date of the repair completion receipt. This warranty is voided if the appliance is subsequently altered, repaired, or damaged by third parties not affiliated with Saad Maaz LLC.
Technicians will always provide a detailed price breakdown before executing any major repairs. Once a client approves the verbal or written estimate, the service contract is binding. We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, or online bank transfers immediately upon completion of the repair work.
These conditions and general operating frameworks are regulated by the administrative laws of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
